U-POL’s 2.1 VOC 4:1 High Build Primer Series 20 off ers the functionality of three products in one: Mix 4:1 for a primer filler, 4:1:1 for a surfacer or 4:1:2 for a sealer. The High Build Primer can be used for spot repair and large panels. It is easy to sand, wet and dry, and can be applied directly to metal and over most plastics and unsanded E-coats.
