ARSLAN AUTOMOTIVE GOES EVEN MORE GLOBAL

Arslan Automotive has established itself as a renowned presence in the collision repair sector, thanks to the exceptional standards and dependability of its 3D measuring and welding equipment lines. These brands have gained significant recognition among collision repair professionals in Canada, solidifying Arslan Automotive Canada Ltd.’s position as a trusted industry leader for over four decades. Arslan Automotive has gained notable recognition for its TECNA Smart/Smart Plus Inverter Spot welding equipment, which includes Accuweld-inverter pulse MIG/MAG welder models. These products have successfully captured a significant portion of the Canadian market.

Additionally, the company manufactures the Accuvision-3D measuring system, which was developed by Arslan Automotive Canada and is produced in Montreal. According to the company, their 10-AV700 3D measuring system is considered the fastest, simplest, most versatile, and accurate system of its kind worldwide. Arslan Automotive continues to experience strong sales of these systems, with over 350 shops in Canada and the US adopting the system for their 3D measuring needs since its introduction around three years ago.

The year 2023 was eventful as ever for Arslan Automotive—the company was busy finalizing the Korean translation of its Accuvision 3-D measuring system and its associated softwares. Company founder and owner Arman Gurarslan hosted a team of Korean automotive professionals at Performance Collision Brampton, managed by Gary Dunn, in mid-August. The Korean team had the chance to receive training on and provide feedback on the newly translated version of the program.

Once the equipment is all certified in its Korean language translation, the partnership—which is in conjunction with Hyundai and Kia—seeks to promote the installation of Accuvision 3-D measuring systems in all Korean collision repair facilities. Kia Motors will have first access to the 3D measuring technology. “We started the translation project in the winter of 2023 in Seoul and are completing some of the final steps here in Canada,” said Gurarslan. “I have a lot of respect for [Arman],” commented Andy J.H. Lee, one of the minds behind the massive project and a longtime member of the international automotive industry. “He’s the dictionary of the automotive market. He knows everything—really!”
